Well, it is now the 2009 Shooting season! We are looking forward to another great year of shooting sports.
We are again sponsoring a Traditional only shoot in March, June, and August. We are only shooting 3 weekends this year but we are making them full weekend events. Please see our Archery Site for details. We have expanded our course and rearranged the targets. Plus we have obtained many new targets.
Please bring others to the shoot and
introduce them to the sport of 3D shooting! We still shoot 3D
archery on the 3rd Sunday starting at 11:00 AM til 1:30 PM. This is a California
Start.
We are also proud of our updated Skeet and Trap ranges. For those of you who might not know, we now have 2 complete skeet ranges and a Trap Field for your enjoyment. We have also, through the help of the NRA, built a new educational building. For more info on the Trap and Skeet part of our club, see our Shotgun Site for details.
This past year has seen a tremendous amount of growth for the rifle and pistol portion of our club. This is credited to the increased interest of these shooters and their hard work and dedication to the sport. We have also updated our rifle and Pistol ranges this year to include a new road to the 100 yard range and the addition of a 500 yard backstop.
